Former WWE Tough Enough contestant Rima Fakih is scheduled to appear in court today in Highland Park, Michigan on DUI charges.

Fakih was arrested on December 3rd, 2011 after being pulled over by local authorities, who noticed an open bottle of champagne in her vehicle. When authorities breathalyzed her, she was said to have been twice the legal blood alcohol limit, however Fakih refutes those claims, stating that she wasn’t drinking on the night in question.

Fakih made an unadvertised appearance at WWE WrestleMania Fan Axxess, with the approval of the WWE and told many of those at the events that she had signed a developmental deal with the company, however that hasn’t been confirmed as of writing.
