In an update on the news that WWE RAW General Manager Kurt Angle will be replacing Roman Reigns in the 5 on 3 Tables, Ladders & Chairs match at this Sunday’s pay-per-view, as well as the news that AJ Styles will be stepping in to replace Bray Wyatt and take on Finn Bálor in a first-time ever in WWE dream match, WWE issued the following statement to ESPN in regards to the revelation.
“As a precautionary measure, we are ensuring in-ring performers and staff are tested and immunized in accordance with recommended medical guidelines.”
In speaking with sources, Wrestling-News.Net can confirm that this is not limited to just RAW brand superstars and is actually limited to the entire WWE roster of talents, including SmackDown Live and NXT superstars, as well as talents at the WWE Performance Center. Any talent that is found to be suffering with an illness at present is being requested to stay at home to prevent any illness spreading.
