Alex Riley worked Friday’s WWE NXT live event in Citrus Springs, Florida, his first in-ring appearance since another WWE NXT live event in May 2014.

Speaking through his official Twitter account on his appearance, Riley tweeted, “No beat missed”. Riley’s last appearance as a wrestler on WWE television came on May 19th, 2014 on a WWE Superstars match where he lost to Damien Sandow. Since then, he has become an analyst on the panel for the WWE pay-per-view events and pre-shows for the WWE Network.
