The following are the results of the May 5th edition of WWE RAW, which took place at the Times Union Center in Albany, New York. The Pre-Show panel for the night consisted of Josh Matthews, Booker T, Alex Riley and Natalya, who was the first WWE Diva to be on the panel.

20-Man Battle Royal For The US Championship
The final 4  participants in the Battle Royal were Dean Ambrose, Sheamus, Ryback and Jack Swagger.  The ending saw Ambrose eliminate Ryback and Swagger, but was then blind sided by a Brogue Kick by Sheamus. The winner of the Battle Royal and new US Champion was Sheamus. Post-match, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins are in the ring trying to reassure Dean Ambrose there was nothing he could have down. “Bow down to the King…” Triple H comes out and says that The Shield were extremely lucky last night when they beat Evolution. He then informs them they will be competing in the main event tonight, in a 6-man tag match against The Wyatt Family! Triple H smirks and says, “looks like your luck is running out.”

After the break, an Adam Rose vignette is shown and he will be debuting tonight.

Backstage Segment
Renee Young is with the new US Champion Sheamus, who says that tonight was the perfect time for him to step back into glory. Young asks if he has anything to say to Dean Ambrose, and he smiled and said “No hard feelings fella.” Is this the beginning of a heel turn for Sheamus?

Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella are shown in the locker room, when they are interrupted by Stephanie McMahon. She tells them that Kane is irate after losing last night, and they only way The Authority can guarantee their safety is for them to stay in that room. When she closed the door, a Kane mask is shown hanging on the door.

Singles Match
RVD defeated Cesaro (w/Paul Heyman) by disqualification. Post-match, Cesaro continued to attack RVD until Heyman restrained him. RVD was then looked at by the medical staff in the ring.

In Ring Segment
Bray Wyatt is sitting in his rocking chair in the middle of the ring with Luke Harper and Erick Rowan standing behind him. Bray talks about all the people who treated him like a nobody when he was growing up. But last night, he became a somebody when he defeated John Cena at Extreme Rules. He goes on to say that he is not a monster like Cena portrays him to be, and that everything he does, he does for each and every one of us. He ends by singing “He’s got the whole world in his hands…”

Singles Match
Ryback (w/Curtis Axel) defeated Cody Rhodes (w/Goldust) by pin fall (Shell Shock). The ending saw Goldust trying to prevent Axel from interfering, but Goldust was thrown into the ring post which caused Cody to lose his balance from the top rope, and Ryback capitalized.

After the match, the lights go off in Daniel Bryan and Brie’s locker room. They rush out of the room, and while walking the hallways they run into Stephanie. She tells them they’re not safe, and she’s going to get a car for them so they can leave the arena.

In Ring Segment
Los Matadores and El Torito are in the ring celebrating Torito’s win last night and Cinco De Mayo. They’re interrupted by 3MB and Hornswaggle who want to call a truce, Torito offers Hornswaggle candy, but Hornswaggle rejects it and the two start to fight. Los Matadores clear the ring of 3MB…OLE!!

Singles Match
Rusev (w/Lana) defeated Kofi Kingston by submission (Accolade).

After the match, we are taken in the back area where Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella are getting into their car and about to leave the arena. There’s a loud knock on the window which scares Brie, but it’s only Stephanie. She tells them they can’t leave until after Bryan’s match which is right after the commercial break.

Singles Match
Daniel Bryan (w/Brie) defeated Alberto Del Rio by submission (Yes Lock). After the match, Kane’s pyro goes off, but we do not see him. Bryan and Brie run up the ramp and to their car, but it doesn’t start. Bryan gets out and pops the hood to see what’s wrong, he see a wire unplugged and fixes it?! When he slams the hood down, he sees Kane in the back seat and ready to attack his wife. Bryan pulls him out of the car, and they throw punches until Bryan gets back in the car and takes off with Kane on the roof. Kane lands on the ground, and Bryan stops the car and starts to walk over to him. Kane sits back up, and Daniel Bryan and Brie are able to race out of the arena.

Intercontinental Championship Match
Bad News Barrett defeated Big E by pin fall (Bull Hammer).

In Ring Segment
Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger are out, and tell us not to celebrate Cinco De Mayo! Zeb has put together a list of WWE talents who he wants deported, and it includes: Cesaro, Emma, Santino, Sheamus and Paige. He is then interrupted by Adam Rose and his Exotic Express crew, and they make their trademark entrance. Rose tells Zeb to not be a lemon! Swagger tries to attack Rose, but he is flipped over the top rope. The party then continues in the ring.

6-Man Tag Team Match
The Wyatt Family defeated The Shield by pin fall (Sister Abigail). The ending saw Evolution come out to try and interfere in the match, but Ambrose and Rollins attacked them on the outside instead. Reigns was distracted and pinned by Bray Wyatt. Post-match, Evolution attacked an already beaten down Shield. RAW ends with Evolution mocking The Shield, and Triple Power Bombing Roman Reigns.
