In Ring Segment
Jerry Lawler is in the ring to introduce Fandango and Chris Jericho as they kick off RAW with the “Dance Off.” Hardwood Floor covers the ring, making the dance off official! Fandango starts the contest off, but stops and asks the crowd for their silence, because he is trying to create a master piece. He starts again, but this time his partner Summer Rae twists her ankle and is in the corner receiving medical attention. Fandango is disgusted with his partner, yells at her, and finally walks out of the ring. Jericho and his partner go to the corner showing concern for Summer Rae, and with Jericho’s back turned, Fandango gets back into the ring and attacks him. Fandango is relentless in his attack, never giving Jericho a chance to fight back, and even brings the fight to the outside of the ring. The beating ends when he grabs a piece of the hardwood flooring and nails Jericho in the head with it. As Jericho lays on the outside, Fandango gets back into the ring and stares at Summer Rae. She stares back at him with a huge smile, and Fandango helps her to her feet, as this entire thing was a setup! She was never hurt, and they now dance together in the ring. Before the contest started, it was made official that these two will meet at Extreme Rules, but no stipulation was given yet.

Interview Segment
Matt Striker is at the top of the ramp and introduces SmackDown assistant GM Teddy Long. Long is out to update us on the World Heavyweight Championship match at Extreme Rules this Sunday. However, before he is able to speak, Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger come out and demand that Teddy Long strip Ziggler of his title if he is not able to compete this Sunday. This leads to AJ and Big E. Langston to come out and defend Ziggler and ask for Swagger to be fired for injuring Ziggler last week. Teddy restores order, and then gives us the update. Ziggler is not medically cleared to compete, but he will not be stripped of the title. Instead, the match this Sunday will be a #1 Contender’s Match between Swagger and Del Rio, and the stipulation is that it will be an “I Quit” match.
Teddy Long also tells us that Langston will face either Swagger or Del Rio tonight on RAW. His opponent will be voted on by the fans through the WWE app.

Henry has a strap in his hand and tells Matthews to put it on as he demonstrates how to defeat your opponent in a strap match. He drags Matthews across the ring and touches all four corners. Henry later calls out Sheamus, who comes out to the top of the ramp. Henry challenges Sheamus to come down to the ring, Sheamus does, but he grabs a strap from under the ring that he planted there earlier. He enters the ring and they both begin to whip each other, with Sheamus getting the upper hand.

Triple H and Brock Lesnar meet inside the ring, face to face, for the first time since WrestleMania. Triple H is out first, enters the ring, and a steel cage is lowered to the ground. He says he has never felt more comfortable in his career than when he is in the ring surrounded by this steel. He calls out Brock Lesnar, who comes out with Paul Heyman. Heyman starts to speak, but Triple H tells him to shut it, and wants Lesnar in the ring. However, Heyman goes on to tell Triple H that his client Brock Lesnar is a “cage fighting carnivore” and this Sunday Lesnar will leave him beaten in that ring. Heyman reminds Triple H that his client doesn’t fight for free, and they’ll see him Sunday, and begin to walk out. Triple H stops them, and says Heyman doesn’t want Lesnar to get in the ring because he knows that Lesnar will lose. He no longer has any confidence in his client.
Lesnar makes his way down the ramp, and slowly enters the steel cage. The two beasts exchange blows, and at one point Lesnar has the advantage. He tells Heyman to shut the door to the cage. Triple H then goes on the attack, and throws Lesnar through the door, knocking Heyman to the ground also. Triple H is on the top rope looking down on Lesnar who is on the ground outside of the ring. Lesnar looks like he is going to enter the cage again, but instead he picks up Heyman, and they walk up the ramp and exit.
