The following are the results of the August 19th edition of WWE RAW from the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA.

In Ring Segment
John Cena is out first to open up RAW, without the WWE title. He says that last night Daniel Bryan earned the WWE Championship, and he brought out the best in him. Cena holds his injured elbow out, which looks disgusting, and informs us that he has a torn tricep and fluid build up in the elbow. He announces that he will leave the WWE tonight to have surgery, and he will be out an estimated 4-6 months. Before Cena leaves, he introduces Daniel Bryan, passes the mic to him, and exits the ring.

Just as Bryan is ready to address the WWE Universe, Stephanie McMahon interrupts and makes her way to the ring. She starts off by apologizing to Bryan for her husband’s action last night, but goes on to say that it was just business. “Not everyone can be the face of the company. Not everyone can be the WWE Champion.” An angry Daniel Bryan knocks the microphone out of Stephanie’s hands, and as a result is taken away by security, at the request of Stephanie. “No! No! No!” all the way up the ramp, until Bryan has exited.

Singles Match
Cody Rhodes defeated Damien Sandow by pin fall. Two in a row for Rhodes over Sandow.

After the match, Brad Maddox is in the back and announces that Dolph Ziggler will face The Shield in a 3-on-1 handicap match. This match was made because of the comments Ziggler made last night after Triple H turned on Daniel Bryan. Ziggler said that he has never trusted Triple H since he has started working for WWE.

In Ring Segment
Paul Heyman is in the ring, and reminds us that Brock Lesnar beat CM Punk last night. He does say that Punk gave Lesnar all that he can handle, and it’s time to end this family feud now. Heyman forgives Punk, and says that when Punk apologizes to him, he will take him back under his wings. “Together we will be the best in the world.”

Afterwards, Del Rio cuts a promo in the ring telling the Mexicans and Latinos they finally have someone to cheer for. Ricardo interrupts, and tells Del Rio he is not a hero for the Latinos. Riccardo is happy to tell Del Rio he is now representing Rob Van Dam! RVD comes out, heads to the ring, and Del Rio and RVD exchange a few blows.

Tag Team Match
The Prime Time Players (Darren Young & Titus O’Neil) defeated The Real Americans (Jack Swagger & Antonio Cesaro) by pin fall.

After the match, Renee Young interviews The Big Show in the back area. Big Show says that he and Mark Henry will be teaming up to take on The Shield for the tag team championships. Brad Maddox interrupts and reminds Big Show of the remarks he made last night about Triple H. Big Show will have to face The Shield, in a handicap match, where all 3 members of The Shield will be in the ring at the same time.

After the break, another Ryback bullying segment in the locker room.

3-On-1 Handicap Match
The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns) defeated The Big Show by pin fall.

In Ring Segment
CM Punk limps to the ring, and discusses his battle with Brock Lesnar last night at SummerSlam. A fan in the front row boos and heckles CM Punk, and Punk rips into the fan calling him a fatso and telling him to climb into the ring. “Be a man or be a b**ch and sit back down!” The crowd roars for Punk! Punk calls out Paul Heyman, to address his request from earlier in the night. Punk in no way will apologize, and he’s looking to fight. Heyman tells Punk that if he doesn’t apologize, then after the break, he’ll send Curtis Axel into the ring.

Street Fight
CM Punk hits a GTS on Curtis Axel (w/Paul Heyman) on the steel steps to end the segment.

Bray Wyatt (w/Luke Harper & Eric Rowan) defeated R-Truth by pin fall.

After the break, a promo video for a new tag team “Los Matadors” is shown (this is the “repackaging” of Primo & Epico).

Tag Team Match
The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) defeated 3MB (Heath Slater & Jinder Mahal) (w/Drew McIntyre) by pin fall.

Singles Match
The Miz defeated Wade Barrett by disqualification due to interference by Fandango. While The Miz had the figure four applied on Barrett, Fandango hit him with a flying leg drop.

After the match, Brad Maddox informs Stephanie McMahon that Daniel Bryan is back in the building. She tells him good, as Randy Orton’s WWE Championship Coronation is set to start.

In Ring Segment
The Randy Orton Coronation is set to begin. Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon and Triple H are all in the ring, with The Shield acting as security for them on the outside of the ring. All of the WWE locker room is out at the top of the ramp. Vince McMahon tells the crowd that he is proud of his son-in-law, and he and Triple H hug each other. Triple H then explains why he screwed Daniel Bryan last night, it was to ensure the future of the WWE. He did it for all of the fans, for the wrestlers, and for The McMahon family, to make sure the WWE will continue to exist in the future.  Triple H goes on to say that he doesn’t have an alliance with Randy Orton, and that he still has a lot of bad blood with him.  He put his personal feelings aside, for the better of the business.

They introduce the new WWE Champion, and Randy Orton walks to the ring.  Orton tells Triple H that he owes all of this to him, he is the “Apex Predator” for the 10th time,  and they embrace. Triple H calls out Daniel Bryan, and mocks the crowd and encourages them to chant Yes. Bryan comes out, and tries to enter the ring, but The Shield attack him.  He fights off the 3 members, until Reigns hits him with a spear. Triple H stops The Shield from hitting their triple power bomb, and wants Bryan to enter the ring.  A beat up Bryan enters the ring only to get an RKO from Randy Orton.  Orton with the McMahons’ stand tall in the middle of the ring with their arms raised high, as RAW goes off the air.
