As we mentioned previously on the website, WWE officially opened their Performance Center today.

Amongst those in attendance are Triple H, Jim Ross, Paul Heyman, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Dolph Ziggler, AJ Lee, Big E Langston, Sgt. Slaughter, Sheamus, Natalya, Antonio Cesaro, Mark Henry, Michael Hayes, Michael Cole, Larry Zbyszko, Bill DeMott, Sara Del Rey, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, Cameron, Naomi, Brodus Clay, The Big Show, Sweet T, Drew McIntyre, Curtis Axel, Norman Smiley, Terry Taylor, Rosa Mendes, Joey Mercury, Steve Keirn, Billy Gunn as well as all the WWE NXT Superstars and Divas.

In terms of in-ring training, there will be a 12,000 square foot, world class training room with seven training rings including one show ring with theatrical lighting and broadcast capability to provide developmental talent with a full training experience, as well as connectivity between the Performance Center and WWE’s official headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut via closed circuit cameras that will allow for real-time feedback from WWE executives.

In terms of sports medicine and rehabilitation, the company state that they will have the best-in-class sports medicie facility with on-site medical care creating a central location for all WWE talent to receive the best care both in and out of the ring, while Dr. Michael Sampson, Medical Director will hold regular office hours at the Center and that talent will have access to a full-time athletic trainer and full-time physical therapist whenever the talent are training, as well as a network of local specialists.
