WWE have parted ways with legendary music composer Jim Johnston, who created classic entrance themes for the likes of The Undertaker, Stone Cold Steve Austin, D-Generation X, Triple H, The Rock, Chris Jericho and many more, Wrestling-News.Net can independently confirm.
The news of Johnston’s departure was the subject of social media conversations prior to the weekend and upon speaking with sources, the reports were indeed accurate with Johnston apparently departing during the middle of November, with no reason given so far for his release.
WWE have been using CFO$ for most of their new themes, with Johnston’s last piece of work coming on the current Baron Corbin theme song.
