There has been a lot of talk over the past several days of WWE NXT superstar Elias Samson moving to the main roster after he lost a Loser Leaves NXT match against Kassius Ohno on a recent episode of WWE NXT on the WWE Network.

Samson was originally scheduled to be called up to the main roster back in 2016, but that was delayed when he suffered a broken ankle.

The internal belief is that Samson will be part of the WWE SmackDown Live brand.
