With the Divas of Doom (Natalya and WWE Divas Champion, Beth Phoenix) rising to prominence on both WWE RAW and WWE SmackDown and eliminating all competition that has been put before them as of late, it appears as if the WWE are looking to bring back a former WWE Diva in order to feud with the dominating divas.

According to a report from F4WOnline.com, WWE are in negotiations with a former WWE Women’s Champion regarding a potential return to the company, where the person in question would feud with both Beth Phoenix and Natalya.

In speaking to several sources, the expectation is that it will be either Michelle McCool or Lita, the latter of who noted that she would be at a studio today conducting an interview for WWE, potentially for an upcoming DVD release. As for McCool, there has been talk ever since her departure of bringing her back in down the line whenever she’s ready to return. McCool has been backstage with The Undertaker at several WWE events over the past few months, so whether any offer is on the table for her return, remains to be seen.
