According to a report from Variety.com, WWE and Lionsgate are teaming up for two new film releases, which will see the company reboot the 1993 horror film “Leprechaun” that starred Warwick Davis and Jennifer Aniston in one of her first starring roles in movies. There is currently no writer, director or cast attached to the project, however it is scheduled for a 2013 release. No details have yet been released on what the second film will be.

Lionsgate and the WWE have worked together in the past for several movie releases including “See No Evil” starring Kane and “The Condemned” starring Stone Cold Steve Austin.
