WWE Hall of Famer Robert “Blackjack Mulligan” Windham announced on his official Facebook page that he has been hospitalized in Florida where he currently lives.

73-year-old Mulligan suffered a heart attack last year, which he later downplayed publicly and has been in ill health for the past few years.

According to a report from PWInsider.com, Windham’s condition is serious enough that his grandsons Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas, as well as their father and WWE producer Mike “I.R.S.” Rotunda have left tonight’s WWE RAW taping and will not be appearing live, however it is quite possible that pre-taped material could air involving one or both men.
