WWE have confirmed on their official website that Sting suffered an injury during his match against Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at last night’s WWE Night of Champions pay-per-view.

Meanwhile, according to a report from PWInsider.com, Sting was not scheduled for WWE RAW, but over the course of the weekend, those plans changed. Given that he is currently injured, whatever role he does have on the show if he appears will be a non-physical one.
