Speaking at the 24th Annual ROTH Conference today in California where he presented the WWE’s business model, WWE’s Chief Financial Official George Barrios noted that the company are currently in negotiations regarding the WWE Network, but didn’t want to say anything more that would cause them to lose some leverage.

Barrios also noted that the UFC are not a competitive rival to them and that 2011 was a disastrous year for the WWE Studios franchise, however they are now under a new regime and are releasing several movies this year, including the recently released Bending the Rules starring Edge and that they are looking to expand their merchandise revenue in India, as they aren’t generating enough to satisfy their demands, despite a strong television deal in the country.
