WWE have hired 39-year-old Canyon Cemen to serve as the Senior Director of Talent Development for the company, in what is seen as a replacement for Ty Bailey, who was fired by the company earlier this month, this according to a report from Jason Powell of ProWrestling.Net.

Cemen had previously worked as a fixed income analyst and apprentice trader at Diamondback Capital and he was part of the 1997 volleyball team with partner Mike Whitmarsh who won a silver medal at the 1997 World Championships in volleyball. He attended Stanford University and holds a bachelors degree in economics as well as a master’s degree in sociology.
