Pro Wrestling Illustrated sent out note that their annual top 500 list has been released and that the publication have ranked former WWE Champion John Cena as the number one wrestler in the world, the third time Cena has been ranked first in thr world, which makes him the only wrestler to receive the honor from Pro Wrestling Illustrated on three occasions, as he was previously tied with Bret Hart, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H on two occasions.
