In an update on former WWE, AJPW, NJPW and WCW superstar Vader (Leon White) undergoing open heart surgery, his son Jesse (aka former WWE developmental talent Jake Carter) noted that his father underwent successful open heart surgery.

Jesse noted that while the surgery was a success, it was worse than they had originally expected and that his father has a long road to recovery, before thanking fans for their thoughts and prayers.

This is his son Jesse. I wanted to let everybody know that I just spoke to the Surgeon. The surgery was a success but it was worse than we had expected. Long road for recovery. Will keep you posted. Thank you for the prayers.
