In an update on the passing of WWE Hall of Famer The Ultimate Warrior, a report from TMZ.com notes that Warrior was seen clutching his chest by eyewitnesses moments before he collapsed at the Gainey Suites Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona as he was heading to his car with his wife.

The report notes that Warrior suffered a “catastrophic medical event” and that so far, there is no evidence that drugs or alcohol were a factor in his death, as all signs point to Warrior suffering a massive heart attack.

An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow.
