– Following on from the news of Brian Gewirtz being relieved of his position within the WWE, to have that position updated to a consultant, it wasn’t the only change within the company in recent weeks. Nicole Dorazio, who worked in the talent relations department under Jim Ross and John Laurinaitis left her job, with no reason given for her departure. This follows on from the departures of Raphael Moffi, who has since been replaced by John Porco and the departure of Ann Russo-Gordan, who was in charge of the company’s wellness and rehabilitation programs. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are now working on bringing in executives who have experience with major sports organizations to fill roles in the company.

– Speaking of Gewirtz departure, many people are questioning if he will be attending WWE RAW events like he had done in the past when The Rock appeared on the show, mostly due to the fact that he wrote promo material for The Rock and is considered a very good friend of The Rock, due to the contact the two had over the years following The Rock’s departure several years ago.

– As previously announced on the website, Kofi Kingston will face The Miz for the WWE Intercontinental Championship on next Wednesday’s WWE Main Event on ION Television. – As we mentioned previously on the website, company officials are hoping to have The Undertaker return at the 2013 Royal Rumble pay-per-view. One idea that has been put on the table in recent days is to have CM Punk face off against The Undertaker at the event and end the 20-0 streak to earn the respect of everyone in the company and to finally put the streak to an end, feeling that The Undertaker has done everything before he hangs up his boots and the company also got to market the 20-0 streak, as The Undertaker would no doubt be fully retired by the time the streak extended to 30-0. Part of the above idea was that The Undertaker winning the 2013 Royal Rumble and getting a title shot at WrestleMania 29 could pull in a huge buyrate along with everything else that they have planned.
