There was a hearing held yesterday in regards to the criminal case against TNA Wrestling superstar Bram (Thomas Latimer), who was arrested back on August 30th in Gulfport, Florida and charged with one count of domestic battery by strangulation, as well as one count of false imprisonment.

According to a report from PWInsider.com, although arresting officers reported in their arrest report that Latimer admitted holding down the victim by her throat and refused to let her leave a bedroom, Latimer has plead not guilty to all charges and that during the hearing yesterday, Latimer attempted to get the no contact order against the victim changed to prevent him from having any “harmful contact”, but allow him to be in contact beyond that, but that request was turned down by the court, however Latimer was successful in requesting that the conditions of his bond be altered to allow him to travel overseas to work from October 6th until November 5th.

Latimer has been indefinitely suspended by TNA until the matter is resolved.
