In an update on the ongoing intellectual property battle between IMPACT Wrestling, Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy in regards to the “Broken Universe” and all other deals, there has been communication between both sides, however while IMPACT Wreslting and/or Anthem have refused to comment, that has not stopped Reby Sky/Reby Hardy, the wife of Matt Hardy from commenting on the situation.

Speaking through her official Twitter account, Reby commented with the following, “Update: TNA sent an absolutely laughable legal proposal re: trademark, usage & ownership. Sigh. We tried to play nice. Truly. Oh well. Fun Facts! Senor Benjamin never signed one piece of paper stating TNA could ever use, broadcast or profit from his image/likeness. Fun facts! For those unfamiliar, Senor Benjamin is the real-life father of Reby Hardy, while the C&D she mentions is in regards to the cease & desist letter in regards to The Hardys using the Broken gimmick in any other promotions. Reby also wrote that Anthem were hurt over her “F*** That Owl” comment which has took a life of its own as Reby is now selling t-shirts with the slogan.
