Former WWE and TNA Wrestling superstar, Matt Hardy, currently remains in a North Carolina jail at the moment, as no one has yet come forward to pay his $1m bail, after he was kicked out of a WWE sponsored rehabilitation facility and arrested after stepping off a plane later that night.
Hardy will be back in court 4 times before the end of the year, with a DWI charge pending on November 30th. On December 1st, Hardy will be back in court for felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and/or deliver a Schedule 3 controlled substance, felony possession of a Schedule 1 controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for controlled substances and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hardy will then return to court on December 6th with a charge of reckless driving with wanton disregard, before appearing in court on December 21st with another DWI charge to his name and exceeding of the safe speed limit.
