In an update on Rima Fakih’s court date earlier today in Highland Park, Michigan, the former WWE Tough Enough superstar and former Miss USA entered a plea of no contest to misdemeanor driving while visibly impaired as part of a plea bargain, stemming from an arrest for DUI back on December 3rd, 2011

As a result of the plea, prosecutors will now drop the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Speaking to various media members this mroning, Fakih had the following to say, “You learn, you pay your price for making mistakes and you move on. I’m very happy I can put this behind me.” Fakih will return to court on May 9th for sentencing and could face up to 93 days imprisonment despite her plea agreement.
