In an update on Christian appearing at this Sunday’s TNA Slammiversary pay-per-view event, the WWE Intercontinental Champion is no longer advertised for the company’s weekend house show events, which all but confirms his appearance this Sunday.

Christian was originally pencilled in to defend his title against Cody Rhodes, however it is now expected that Rhodes will work a tag team match.
