In an update on Chris Jericho’s WWE contract status, Jericho’s band Fozzy were announced for the upcoming Rockstar Uproar tour which runs from August 15th, 2012 to September 30th, 2012. Jericho had noted at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards Ceremony that he would be taking a break from the company over the summer in an interview stating that he would be leaving the company prior to the WWE Summerslam pay-per-view.

The expectation is that Jericho may return for the lead-in to the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view.
