Following the tryouts on the road for Leo Kruger, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose at recent WWE live events there has been wide speculation as to who of the three will be called up to the main roster.
According to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Leo Kruger was given solid marks for his pre-match work on the microphone, noting to the live event crowd that he was the top African athlete in the company, however the feeling was that he would need to project more in the ring to connect with the audience, however his look is appealing. As for Seth Rollins, the former ROH World Champion was given high marks for his work inside the ring, as well as how good he looked in his matches with Tyson Kidd.
Meanwhile, Dean Ambrose, who many are expecting to be the next standout star from WWE developmental was given rave reviews and viewed highly by WWE officials in how he worked the crowd and conducted himself backstage as well as his pre-match work on the microphone. Johnson notes that there was talk that if the company could find the right role for Dean Ambrose, with his gravely voice on the mic, as well as his wrestling skills, he could come across really well on television.
It remains to be seen however, whether any of the 3 above will be called up prior to the WrestleMania 28 pay-per-view.
