The Undertaker was spotted yesterday at a Nashville Predators NHL game, leading to speculation that he may appear on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw. Raw is live from Nashville tonight, but Undertaker is rated as 50:50 to appear at WrestleMania 29.
If Undertaker has declared himself fit and willing to go at this year’s Mania, tonight could see the seeds planted for his eventual opponent. Many expect CM Punk to challenge the streak at Mania but tonight would be a strange time to start a fresh feud for Punk, who is still feuding with WWE Champion The Rock ahead of his WWE Championship rematch on Sunday at Elimination Chamber.
Another possible opponent for Undertaker is Brock Lesnar, who recently re-appeared on WWE television by delivering an F5 to Vince McMahon. However, Lesnar is not scheduled for Raw tonight and it is widely expected that Lesnar will be facing Triple H at WrestleMania 29 in a rematch from SummerSlam 2012.
Nothing is official at this stage; Taker is not scheduled to appear on Raw and at the time of writing has no official return date. We will keep you updated as we get more on Undertaker’s future.
