WWE Hall of Famer The Ultimate Warrior passed away due to a massive heart attack, according to a report from TMZ.com who note that Warrior’s passing was ruled as a natural death with no alcohol or drugs directly involved.

The medical examiner’s report note that the official cause of death was atherosclerotic/arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

The WWE will be paying tribute to The Ultimate Warrior during tonight’s edition of WWE RAW, as well as on the WWE Network with a series of specials about his life and career.
