As part of their 10-K report, WWE noted that Triple H, who is scheduled to face off against The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match at WrestleMania XXVIII has signed a new deal with the company that was effective as of January 1st, 2012 and will expire on March 30th, 2016.

As part of the contract, Triple H will be paid a minimum annual compensation (downside guarantee) of $1m for each year that he is under contract, he will be limited to 180 dates per WWE annum, unless both parties mutually agree to extend beyond that number in the year and in addition to other wrestling companies, he can’t appear for any mixed martial arts company while under contract to the WWE.
