All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan revealed in his pre-AEW Full Gear media call that the Owen Hart Foundation Memorial Cup Tournament will return in 2023.

The 2022 tournament saw Adam Cole emerge victorious in the Men’s Tournament, while Britt Baker emerged victorious in the Women’s Tournament, with both finals concluding at the 2022 AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view back in May.
