Former PROGRESS World Women’s Champion Toni Storm, who was part of the first-ever Mae Young Classic Tournament, is either close to or has signed a contract with the company to be part of their UK Division, according to a report from The Wrestling Observer.

The report notes that when Storm was asked about doing the upcoming STARDOM 5 Star Grand Prix tournament in August and September, she gave no confirmation as to whether she would be involved.

WWE are scheduled to tape the Second Mae Young Classic Tournament in early August, so it will be interesting to see if Storm returns as part of the tournament. Storm advanced to the Semi Finals in the first-ever tournament, losing to Kairi Sane who won the tournament, beating Shayna Baszler in the finals.
