TNA Wrestling are reported to be behind on paying their TV production crew as they head into TV tapings next month, which also includes the TNA Slammiversary pay-per-view taking place the day prior to the start of the tapings, according to a report from Pro Wrestling Torch, who note that the company are reportedly behind on paying staff for work from the January tapings, as well as the March television tapings.
The report notes that the company had trouble making payments on time last year and gave their system to the Harris Twins and their production company Aroluxe, payable by TNA, however after that, payments were still late, which has not been helped with the company leaving their office at the Cummins Station location in Nashville, Tennessee and that some workers have been told that they will or may be replaced at the tapings next month, however it is possible that they may be independent production workers who do not have a history of late payments.
Meanwhile, the company are still looking for an outside investor in order to gain additional money for the company as right now, their main source of revenue is an IMPACT ad-share with POP TV, the money from the TNA One Night Only pay-per-views in the United States and internationally, as well as their international television deals.
