The Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling promotion have announced that current AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa will be facing off against Miyu Yamashita as part of their Summer Sun Princess ’22 event on July 9th.

The appearance will be Thunder Rosa’s first appearance for TJPW since January 2020 when she defeated Maki Itoh to become the new International Princess Champion, but had to relinquish the title due to her not being able to defend it at the time as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
