In a story that still happens in wrestling sadly, the promoters that were promoting shows in Ciudad Campeche over the weekend featuring Sin Cara, Averno, & Black Warrior refused to pay them after they worked on Saturday and on Sunday when they still wouldn’t pay them, the wrestlers walked out. Andres & Carlos Baeza who were the promoters are facing a lawsuit brought forward by the local wrestlers demanding the promoters pay the 150,000 pesos ($11,598 US dollars) they owe to them as well as the commission, the building, or anyone they contracted for the show. The Baeza’s have a show they have been promoting for Minatitlan on 6/13 so we’ll see how that turns out.
