In a post on his official Instagram account, former ECW Champion Taz noted that he underwent surgery on his hand in an attempt to repair nerve damage that led to a loss of feeling, muscle atrophy and an inability to grip with his right hand.
Taz noted that the surgery too longer than was originally intended as surgeons needed to do more intricate work than they originally believed that they would need to and that they also did work on his left thumb due to the beginnings of issues with that extremity and that the surgery and subsequent recovery means he will miss a few episodes of his radio show.
