Neville defeated Rich Swann at tonight’s WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. Neville’s victory ends Rich Swann’s 61 day reign as Champion.

Brian Kendrick defeated TJ Perkins at tonight’s WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. This marks Kendrick’s first singles championship win in the company, having won the WWE Tag Team Titles and WWE World Tag Team Titles as part of a tag team with Paul London.
