WWE superstar Rey Mysterio made his return to the ring at last night’s WWE Live event in Guadalajara, Mexico, teaming with Sin Cara to take on the team of Wade Barrett and Alberto del Rio. The match is Mysterio’s first time inside a WWE ring since March of this year.

In an interview with the Lancashire Evening Post, WWE superstar Wade Barrett confirmed that he’s currently off WWE television due to a work visa issue. Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett has been added to advertising for tonight’s WWE RAW at the CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As of writing, it is unknown as to whether Barrett will come under a different gimmick as we reported a few days ago.

According to a report by the Wrestling Observer, WWE creative writers are contemplating repackaging Wade Barrett and giving him a strong push. The English grappler has not appeared on television since last month, following multiple losses to Daniel Bryan.
