Mike “California Hippie” Boyette Passes Away Aged 71

It is with deep sadness to report that Mike “California Hippie” Boyette (Mike Bowyer) passed away on Thursday in Mobile, Alabama aged 71. Bowyer broke his hip several months ago but never recovered. D Edwards, a referee for the Urban Wrestling Federation has signed a WWE developmental deal and will be reporting to Florida Championship Wrestling in the coming weeks. Edwards will join Brodie Lee and Austin Draven as recent WWE developmental signings.
