WWE applied to trademark “The Boogeyman” last week for licensing and merchandise purposes. The company’s original registration filed back in 2005 was cancelled last year due to the company failing to provide the required documentation.

Following on from his appearance at WWE’s headquarters where he scared WWE employees, the internal belief is that the company will be bringing in The Boogeyman for a special appearance at Monday’s WWE RAW or Tuesday’s WWE SmackDown tapings which airs on Halloween night this Friday.
