WWE sent out the following: Ric Flair recovering from successful surgery WWE Legend Ric Flair is recovering from successful surgery and will miss tomorrow’s scheduled guest referee appearance at SmackDown. Ric is doing well and we look forward to him returning to WWE in the near future.

Recently signed WWE NXT talent KENTA will be making his official NXT TV debut at next week’s NXT: Takeover 2 live special. KENTA will be introduced to the NXT audience by WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, who has also been added to next week’s live special.

WWE are heavily discussing having bayley win the WWE NXT Women’s Championship from Charlotte at the NXT: Takeover 2 special on September 11th as a way to bring Charlotte to the main WWE roster.
