Dolph Ziggler defeated Luke Harper in a Ladder Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at tonight’s WWE: Tables, Ladders, Chairs & Stairs pay-per-view. The victory begins Ziggler’s fourth reign as WWE Intercontinental Champion.

WWE announced over the weekend that Luke Harper will defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship against Dolph Ziggler in a Ladder Match at the WWE TLC pay-per-view.
