Former WWE Tag Team Champions Edge & Christian have been confirmed for the WWE SmackDown TV taping at the Norfolk Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia on December 30th, 2014. As we mentioned earlier on the website, the duo will also be hosting WWE RAW the night prior at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC.

WWE Hall of Famer Adam “Edge” Copeland and former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Christian are being brought in for the WWE RAW taping on December 29th in Washington, D.C. according to a report from PWInsider.com. The report notes tht the belief is that the duo will be guest WWE RAW General Managers for the night.

In an interview with Jim Varsallone of The Miami Herald, WWE Superstar Christian commented on his appearance on this Friday’s edition of Haven on SyFy, the difference between WWE and acting, his friendship with Edge and more. Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Christian is expected at tonight’s WWE SmackDown tapings in Albany, New York according to a report from PWInsider.com. Christian has been out of action due to a series of injuries and has appeared in non-wrestling roles and cameos.

WWE noted during tonight’s airing of WWE Main Event on the WWE Network that Christian was pulled from his match against Big E Langston for the WWE Intercontinental Championship as the former World Heavyweight Champion showed signs of a slight concussion.

WWE noted on their official website that despite winning a fatal-four-way match at last night’s WWE RAW to become the number one contender to the WWE Intercontinental Championship, Christian will not be competing against Big E on tonight’s edition of WWE Main Event.
