Mike “California Hippie” Boyette Passes Away Aged 71
It is with deep sadness to report that Mike “California Hippie” Boyette (Mike Bowyer) passed away on Thursday in Mobile, Alabama aged 71. Bowyer broke his hip several months ago but never recovered. WWE Finalize Deal To Acquire The Mid-South Tape Library
According to a report from The Miami Herald, WWE have finally struck a deal with Ene Watts, the ex-wife of Bill Watts, to acquire the Mid-South tape library, which will see the company take possession of approximately 1,200 hours of Mid-South footage from the late 1970’s and 1980’s.
