In keeping up with the Colt Cabana and Adam Pearce Best of 7 Series for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, the fourth stage of the series has been set for the Metro Pro Wrestling event on July 21st, 2012 at the Turner Recreation Center in Kansas City, Kansas.
