The following results are from a recent TNA Impact Wrestling TV Taping. The taping took place at the Impact Wrestling Zone at Universal Studios Florida on April 17th, 2012 in Orlando, Florida and will air on April 19th, 2012 at 9pm Eastern on Spike TV.
In Ring Segment
TNA World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Roode, sporting a new haircut, came out to open the show and talked about how he walked into TNA LockDown as the World Heavyweight Champion and walked out still as the Champion. Mr. Anderson made his way to the ring, however Roode didn’t pay that much attention to him. Jeff Hardy’s music hit and then he came out, however Anderson tells Hardy that he was here first and wants a shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Hulk Hogan’s music hits and he appears on the screen and says that later tonight, he wants all the current reigning TNA Champions in the ring and that tonight, Jeff Hardy and Mr. Anderson can settle who is the number one contender, when Hardy, Mr. Anderson and RVD meet in a triple threat match to determine that.
Tag Team Match
Bully Ray and Crimson defeated Matt Morgan and Austin Aries.
In Ring Segment
Garrett, AJ Styles, Mr. Anderson and RVD are all in the ring. AJ says that Garrett had balls to compete at TNA LockDown, however before he can say anymore, Ric Flair’s music hits and he makes his way to the entrance ramp and claims that Eric Bischoff is responsible for all the talent in the ring right now and that Garrett Bischoff is a Punk. Flair says that next week on Impact, there will be a party as a tribute to Eric Bischoff, that he’s hosting it, he’s drinking at it and that the four punks in the ring aren’t invited.
Singles Match
Kurt Angle defeated AJ Styles. During the match Christopher Daniels and Kazarian make their way to the ring with a document, much to the surprise of Kurt Angle. AJ grabbed the paper, however Angle got the roll up for the victory. Following the match, Kurt Angle tells AJ Styles that he had nothing to do with any of the actions that just happened between Christopher Daniels and Kazarian, as AJ puts the paper in his tights.
In Ring Segment
Samoa Joe, Magnus, Gail Kim, Devon, Austin Aries and Bobby Roode all come to the ring. Hulk Hogan then makes his way to the ring and informs them that his announcement considers them and the future of TNA Wrestling going forward and that change is in the air and that once a month, Impact will host an “Open Fight Night”, that allows a talent from outside the company to appear and have a match and that there will be 3 judges and Hogan himself who will decide if that said person will receive a contract from the company or not. Hogan then says that on “Open Fight Night”, anyone male or female can come to the ring and make a challenge and whoever that person challenges must make their way to the ring and that any Champion must be ready to defend their title. Hogan then announces that from now on, the TNA Television Championship will be defended every week on the show, to which Devon says that he has no problems with.

Gail Kim, Madison Rayne, Sarita and Rosita defeated Velvet Sky, Brooke Tessmacher, Tara and Mickie James.

In Ring Segment
James Storm came out to the ring and says that he is sorry that he couldn’t get the job done at TNA LockDown and once again become the TNA World Heavyweight Champion. Storm says that he wasn’t just trying to cause hurt to Bobby Roode, but he wanted to cause him pain. Storm says that he tucked his daughter into bed after his match against Bobby and she asked him where the TNA World Heavyweight Championship was, however he sadly had to tell her that he lost the match, however noted that Bobby Roode didn’t beat him at TNA LockDown, he actually beat himself. Storm then says that the crowd is his inspiration and that he wants to thank his Dad up in heaven who was killed by a drunk driver, but wrestling is his passion and that maybe his luck has run out as he leaves the ring.

Rob van Dam defeated Jeff Hardy and Mr. Anderson.
