The following results are from a recent TNA Impact Wrestling TV Taping. The taping took place at the Impact Wrestling Zone over the course of two days, on February 13th, 2012 and on February 14th, 2012 in Orlando, Florida and will air on February 23rd, 2012 at 9pm Eastern on Spike TV.

From Monday’s Tapings

In Ring Segment
Brandon Jacobs came to the ring and talked about James Storm being the number one contender for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and that Bully Ray should’ve known better than to spit in his face and tells Ray that he is still in his backyward and calls him out. Bully Ray comes out and says that Brenda needs to settle down and introduces himself. Ray points to his calves and says that the duo have a lot in common, they are both champions, Brandon a two-time champion, while Ray is a twenty-three time champion and that they both have ties to New York as Jacobs plays there while Ray is from there. The crowd starts to chant for Jacobs and Ray wants to know why they like him and that he would like to beat up a SuperBowl winning champion but wont waste his time on someone who gained 59 yards in the SuperBowl. Jacobs gets angry and chases Ray to the back.

No Disqualification Tag Team Match
James Storm and Jeff Hardy defeated Kurt Angle and Bully Ray.

From Tuesday’s Tapings

In Ring Segment
Bobby Roode came to the ring and said that it is a great day to be the TNA World Heavyweight Champion and wants to talk about what happened with Sting last week and mentions that Sting talked about being done on his Twitter account. The crowd start chanting for Sting, however Roode says that the crowd can say their goodbyes to him later on and wants to talk about himself and says that being the fans TNA World Heavyweight Champion and ending Sting’s career is not only the biggest accomplishment of his career, but actually his life. Roode then talks about how Harley Race, Lex Luger, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair and others couldn’t get rid of Sting, however he has the IT factor and got the job done and says that Sting shouldn’t let the door hit him on the a** on the way out.

TNA Tag Team Championship
Samoa Joe and Magnus (c) defeated Crimson and Matt Morgan.

In Ring Segment
Sting came out to the ring and says that because there is too much to handle in the company, he is done, however Bobby Roode’s music plays and he comes out to the ring and says that he wants to apologize for interrupting but he can’t help it and says that he needs to be there next to Sting when Sting announces that he is finally done. Sting gets on the mic again and says that Roode didn’t win any war or battle and it helped him out. Sting gets face paint and puts it on his face and says that Roode actually didn’t make him give up, he woke him up and now he feels alive, as he applies some face paint. Sting says that there is no more of his Mr. Nice Guy persona and he’s ready to lace up his boots, put on his tights and war paint and kick Bobby Roode’s a** at TNA Victory Road. Roode attempts to kick Sting in the groin, however Sting blocks it and kicks Roode in the groin and says that Roode needs to follow the yellow brick road to TNA Victory Road as he throws the mic at him.
