WWE sent out a text message moments ago noting that former WWE Divas Champion Beth Phoenix had to be removed from tonight’s WWE Divas Championship match against Nikki Bella as she is not yet medically cleared and will be replaced by a mystery opponent.

The message reads, “Due to Beth Phoenix not being medically cleared for tonight’s WWE Divas Championship match against Nikki Bella at WWE Extreme Rules, she has been removed from the match and will be replaced by a mystery opponent.”

Note from Wayne: Kharma is backstage at tonight’s pay-per-view and is expected to be the mystery opponent for Nikki Bella tonight as her contract as well as that of her sister Brie Bella expire tomorrow April 30th. Kharma is expected to walk out as champion and enter into a feud later in the year against Beth.
