All Elite Wrestling commentator Tony Schiavone revealed on the AEW Dynamite post-show that Sonny Kiss has not been on AEW Dynamite and AEW Dark in recent weeks, as he is currently out of action due to an injury suffered recently.

“He’s been injured, I’ve seen him in the training room. So he’s been banged up. I’ve seen him in the gym but he’s just not able to perform. He is a tremendous athlete.”
