Former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Shinsuke Nakamura appears to be first-ever WWE NXT superstar receiving WWE main event level money according to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The report notes that while it has not been confirmed as to how much time Nakamura will spend in WWE NXT, all sings point to him having a lengthy run with WWE NXT, which has made his high pay an interesting note.
