Former two-time World Woman Pro-Wrestling Diana World Champion, Sendai Girls World Champion and JWP Junior Champion Sareee confirmed during today’s Pro-Wrestling Diana event in at the Shin-kiba 1st RING in Tokyo, Japan that she has signed with the WWE and will be moving to the United States next month.
According to a report from Tokyo Sports, Sareee told the crowd, “The contract with WWE has been completed, but I’ve told many people that I really represent Japanese women’s wrestling and that Japanese women’s wrestling is the best and I’ll prove it. I’ll do my best, so please support me. I will travel to the United States after March. Asuka and Kairi Sane play an active part in the WWE and their popularity with Japanese female wrestlers is increasing.”
WWE have yet to officially announce the signing of Sareee.
